How to Write "Kho Khon" () in Thai

Please see the illustration above to learn how to write the Thai letter Kho Khon (ฅ). This letter is obsolete in modern usage, except for some special cases. Its usage disappeared in the early 20th century (early B.E. 2500s / early 1900s CE), when it was effectively merged with kho khwai (ค). Nevertheless, it remains in the official list of Thai consonants and still appears on modern Thai keyboard layouts. The name traditionally paired with this letter does not reflect historical spelling; it is a later mnemonic created for alphabet-recitation and the associated word was never actually spelled with this letter.
